Chicken croquette
with crisp baby gem, Caesar dressing and shaved parmesan

Smoked salmon mousse
with crème fraîche, lime and dill oil

Tenderstem broccoli
with goat’s cheese mousse, salad cream and toasted pine nuts (v) (gf)

Roast breast of chicken
with potato purée, pine nuts, sautéed leeks and lemon thyme jus (gf)

Braised lamb shoulder
with wild mushrooms, salsify, roasted artichoke purée and mint sauce (gf)

Miso-glazed brill
with sautéed spinach, celeriac and hazelnut gratin and shellfish sauce (gf)

Maple-glazed parsnips
with crispy kale, green beans, carrot and cumin rosti (v) (gf)

Passion fruit tart
with meringue and mango sorbet (v)

White chocolate mousse
with hazelnut caramel and malt ice cream (v)

Christmas pudding arctic role
with candied almonds and brandy ice cream (v)

Lemon and polenta sponge
with saffron custard and clotted cream (v)
